The Design and Technology curriculum is planned based on our Kapow curriculum, and runs on a two-year rolling programme to ensure pupils receive a full curriculum offer over that period of time. Reception children have a separate curriculum, which is detailed below. Our Design and Technology curriculum contributes to children’s personal development in creativity, independence, judgement and self-reflection. This is seen in children being able to talk confidently about, share and evaluate their work.
