Science Day
To celebrate British Science Week, the children spent this morning exploring a range of exciting hands-on activities. They investigated liquid density by making lava lamps with oil and food colouring; explored dissolving and osmosis using Skittles; experimented with forces by releasing balloons along strings; and tested air resistance and gravity by creating paper helicopters.
We’ve had a brilliant time! The children showed fantastic curiosity, teamwork and problem‑solving skills throughout. We may well have some budding scientists in our midst!
